Change Forum
Introduction
The CityIQ Change Forum provides a vehicle for members to exchange views and share information relating to all aspects of change management. It helps members keep up-to-date with the market, improve delivery capabilities, and ‘raise the bar’ when delivering change.
It has been running since 2016 having succeeded our Projects Community which ran from 2008 to 2015. It has a similar format, structure and membership, with participants meeting on a quarterly basis. Since we started over thirty organisations have been members.
